We do not ask for your name, and we do not store your IP address with your sign-up.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your email address to send you briefings about UK digital mental health. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

Where it is stored

Your sign-up is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site and acts as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; it relies on recognised safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share your email address with anyone else.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To unsubscribe or make a request, email paulk@mentalhealthtech.co.uk.
